Straight answers to the questions that actually matter.
€1.00 for the first page, plus €0.50 for each additional page. The exact price is calculated from your actual document and shown before you pay anything — no hidden fees, no subscription.
Your card is authorized (a hold is placed) when you complete checkout, but you're only actually charged once delivery is confirmed. If the fax doesn't go through, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
PDF, JPG, and PNG, up to 15MB per file.
No. There's no account and no subscription — upload your file, pay, and you're done.
It's used to send your fax, then kept only as long as we need it to show what was transmitted if a payment is disputed — and deleted automatically after that. It is never indexed, shared, or read. Exact retention periods are in our Privacy Policy.
On EU infrastructure, under German and EU data protection law.
We always request the highest resolution the receiving fax machine will accept — up to Superfine, 204 × 391 dpi — at no extra cost. Fax machines agree the resolution between themselves when the call connects, so the receiving end has the final say: if it only supports a lower resolution, your fax still arrives, just at that resolution. Higher resolution sharpens fine detail such as small print, table rules and signatures. It cannot add detail your original never had, so a coarsely scanned document will not improve.
Your upload is encrypted in transit, and it is stored encrypted at rest on EU infrastructure. It is never indexed, shared, or read. The fax leg itself runs over the telephone network, which carries no encryption — that is true of any fax service. Our Security page explains what happens at each step.
Once a fax has been delivered, no — you asked us to send it immediately and confirmed at that point that the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been performed in full. If it is not delivered, you are never charged, so there is nothing to cancel. If you do want to withdraw, a plain email is enough — the address, your full rights and the model withdrawal form are all on our withdrawal instructions page.
Yes. We do not transmit faxes to Belarus, China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia or Syria. Numbers in those countries are refused before you pay, so you are never charged for a fax we will not send.
This is our own commercial decision about the markets we serve. Everywhere else we cover — over 230 destinations — is unaffected, and Kazakhstan is not blocked even though it shares the +7 dialling code with Russia.
If you need a destination we do not currently serve, contact us and tell us which one.
Yes. Every fax we deliver comes with a receipt as a PDF, linked from the confirmation email we send once the transmission completes. You can download it from that link whenever you need it.
It carries the order number, the date, what was sent, the amount charged and our business details. Because we are a small business under § 19 UStG, no VAT is shown — none is charged, and the receipt says so.
It is not an invoice made out to you: we deliberately never collect a billing address, so there is no name or address to print on it. If that is a problem for your accounts, contact us with the order number.
A fax that does not go through is not charged, so no receipt is issued for one.
At checkout you can pay with card. Which of these you see depends on where you are and what your device supports, so there may be more options at checkout than listed here.
Card payments include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay — the exact brands available to you are shown at checkout.
You are only charged once your fax has been delivered.
